PrüfExpress is a specially developed software solution for efficient management and monitoring of equipment in various industries. At the same time, it helps to fulfill the requirements of §14 of the BetrSichV paragraphs 1 and 2.
As a web-based application, PrüfExpress does not need to be installed on your computer. Simply open your browser and navigate to PrüfExpress. For mobile devices, you can download our dedicated apps from the Apple AppStore or Google PlayStore.
To use PrüfExpress on your computer, you should ensure that you are using an up-to-date version of your browser. To use our iOS app, you need at least an iPhone 7 with iOS 11.0 or later.
As a Software as a Service (SaaS) product, all updates to PrüfExpress are carried out automatically. You don’t have to worry about anything. Updates to our mobile apps are made available via the respective AppStore.
Please first make sure that your system meets the specified minimum requirements. If you still have difficulties accessing PrüfExpress, please check our system status at status.pruefexpress.de.

You can easily reset your password by using the “Forgot password” function on the login page.
You can update your password at any time in the account settings under “Change password”.

We take data protection very seriously. Your data is therefore stored in certified European data centers in strict compliance with all current security measures. In addition, before every major release we carry out a pentest with our partner Moritz Kaumanns to ensure that our application complies with all current security standards.
